Nancy helped my husband and I search for a home in the Billings, MT area. We were not easy clients, we had two options, homes if we sold our current house, and then homes if we did not sell our house. We were very particular, must have at least 2 car garage, no homes with vinyl siding, only in certain neighborhoods, 2 different price ranges..... we were only available to look nights and weekends. To say the least this would be hard for anyone to attempt. She did a marvelous job, very patient with us, showed us the same house more than once, was available to us when we needed her to be. Very professional, made us feel like we were her favorite customers and it turned out we could not buy a home after all as my husband is being transferred to another state. If you want to work with someone who is upbeat, will not show you homes above your price comfort, who is even willing to drive out and look at homes before showing them because the listing did not say vinyl etc.. then Nancy is your best choice. We have worked with many very nice professional realtors, but she just made it feel like you were friends. I trusted her and in today's world that says a lot.

Matthew did everything we would expect a realtor to do. He was professional, advertised and sold our property Within the time he expected it to sell. we would recommend Matthew to do any real estate business in the Flathead Valley.

Nancy is great to work with. She is tactful and has superior interpersonal skills. Nancy is a born leader and team player. She worked with contractors to get my home in good condition to show. She explained every step of the the paperwork involved in selling my home. Nancy is professional all the way!

I'm a former R/E Broker and found David to be one of the most experienced Brokers in the Flathead/Kalispell area... simply because he lists and sells more properties than other local agents. Since I live out of state, I wanted the most experienced agent in the area to be my eyes and ears on the ground. He visited the property on my behalf, asked tough questions, sent me detailed pictures, provided guidance through an easement issue, referred me to a great home inspector, and ultimately recommended a local mortgage broker, who helped us close in record time.
