We wanted to downsize to a single level home in retirement. After we received an offer on our existing home, Nancy found us the perfect new home & sold two of our building sites all in a period of about ten days. Pretty impressive work for any agent. I recently purchased a house with Sandi and have been thrilled with her service. My move included working with Sandi over the course of a year and moving cross country. From providing listings throughout the year, providing recommendations on areas and other items to think about (which out of towners would not know), Sandi was there every step of the way. She even drove out to properties when we were not in town and helped us virtually tour them! I am extremely grateful that I had the chance to work with her towards finding Montana home! Chance listed our Condo when we purchased another home. The market had been on an upswing but we wanted to sell quickly because we had already purchased another home. Chance new the market and used an excellent photographer to showcase our condo. Within two days of listing we had multiple offers and accepted one that was over asking price.
