Ryan helped us buy a home in Whitefish. Ryan knows the Flathead Valley's market well and did a great job of showing us options within our budget. We ultimately worked with Ryan to purchase our home. Heidi Lane was a great realtor to work with. She worked hard to get to know my family and find the right house that fit us. We had a short window of time to find and purchase a home as we were moving with a job and she assisted us with every step in the process. She offered to take virtual tours of the houses if we were not able to go to the new town to look at the houses in person, she also suggested an inspector, helped us pick the right bank to work with and even followed up with us after we had moved in to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Heidi made this stressful situation as easy as it could be!

Heidi Lane was great for us as first time home buyers. We told her what we were looking for and she had several places lined up to look at. When we finally found one that we liked, she worked tirelessly to draw up a contract quickly since it had several other interested parties as well. Even after the move in, when we discovered a leak that was not disclosed, she worked with the other selling realtors to correct the situation for us.
