Being a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the home buying process and all of the intricacies that were involved. Chance made this whole experience so incredibly smooth and streamlined. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions as I had them. Since I was coming from out of state, he had gotten a good idea of exactly what I was looking for, and had sent me a list of houses before even coming to the area. When I came to look at the houses he was able to show me exactly the types of houses that I was seeking and I was able to buy a house after coming to look just once. During the negotiation phase Chance was able to help get everything that I asked for. Once I closed on the house he even gave me valuable advice on the next steps that wasn't apparent to me. Chance was very professional and assisted us with scheduling the necessary contractors per inspection report, even indicating that he was able to complete one small fix on the range himself. This was a very quick sale and everything went extremely smooth and without incident. Thank you Chance !!

Christy is tech savvy, knowledgeable, experienced and great to work with. She really advocates for you, not the deal, which is a rare find. She sold our house for cash the first day it went on the market. After interviewing multiple experts, she was the best.

We couldn’t have found our way through the process of selling our home without Sheila. She has a wealth of expertise and knowledge. We called and texted often, and she always listened to and answered our many questions and concerns. Sheila was there for us.
