Paul Reizen is an outstanding realtor! We have bought several properties over the years in California, Vermont and Colorado and this was by far our best experience. Matthew was by our side through the whole process of the sale of our home. He's knowledge of each step and the negotiation skills that Matthew showed, got us more than the asking price and in a very timely manner. My wife and i have bought and sold a handful of homes in the flathead valley, I have never had a realtor work as hard and explain our options as they came up. And the negotiation skills are the best i have seen. We will use Matthew for all real-estate transactions in the future.

David is a pro. I highly recommend him. Over a year ago, I had no nibbles on the property I listed with David. I pulled the listing and I rented for a year and then out of the blue David called and had a buyer for me. Timing is everything and David has great timing.

Jenn was our agent for way over two years. It sounds like a long time, but my husband and I were extremely particular and picky. It wasn't easy to find a house for us that we liked and could afford. She never made us feel that we should lower our expectation, or any kind of pressure; exactly how you imagine a perfect agent. We could always set up a time for showing, and she could always provide advice or an opinion when we asked for it. When we eventually found a house, and our offer was accepted, she guided us through the closing phases with the same ease and professionalism. She helped us find the right people for inspections and estimates, and assisted with all the technicalities. Now we live in the new house, but we actually miss our meetings with Jenn!

Paul was fabulous, and provided service and assistance WAY beyond what a normal realtor would do. From the moment we spoke on the phone, we were quite impressed with his honesty, his ability to match only those properties to our needs rather than overwhelming us with properties that clearly were not right for us.
