Dawn was absolutely awesome to work with! My wife and I started our process in no hurry and Dawn was patient, responsive, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. Our only disappointment was that she never coached us on "looking" at property in the Madison River Valley was similar to looking at puppies. You always leave with one! Seriously, Dawn was on point from start to finish and was a great coach throughout the process. She helped us find our dream retirement property and navigate all the pesky transaction details. We would highly recommend Dawn and hope we have the chance to work with her in the future!
