Cole made my house buying experience as seamless as could be. He utilizes a number of slick online tools that kept me up to date on available houses in the area I was looking for. Very knowledgeable on market prices and was able to get my place locked down at a great price. There is a reason why he's respected amongst realtors and lenders. First class cat! Look nowhere else

Couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge, and professionalism Cole presented to us. He found my fiancée and I our dream home the second it came on the market. The house was on the market for about 2 hours before Cole called and said this was the home for us. I can't tell you how great it was to have someone make this process as easy as it could be being this was our first home purchased. Cole was always there when we needed him and answered every question we had. I was very impressed and wouldn't recommend anyone other than Cole for a realtor. He made the process very fun for us and there wasn't an ounce of worry or stress because I knew I could trust Cole and that he was looking out for OUR best interests. Again, couldn't have made a better decision.

Cole was very responsive and had a quick turnaround time to anything we needed. Being first-time buyers, there are many unknowns in the process, and Cole ensured we were on track to a successful purchase. His negotiation skills are outstanding! His presentation of comps and ability to justify an offer saved us a hefty amount of $ off the purchase price and off the closing costs.
