Ty was outstanding to work with. I looked at a few properties with him, and appreciated how he made himself available to my limited schedule. He showed me a gem of a lakefront property. I don’t live in the area and expressed concern whether the water depth was sufficient for my boat. The following day Ty and his wife took their boat out, across the lake to the property. Ty operated his boat as his wife dipped a tape measure into the water in various spots to check depths and satisfy my concerns. They videod it all so I could see with my own eyes. Yes, I bought the property. Ty went the extra mile to assist in many other areas regarding the transaction. Thank you Ty!

Ty was very helpful in locating my house. He's very professional and friendly. I really appreciated his patience through the long process of looking at houses and finally the back and forth negotiations to finalize the deal. Ty was amazing to work with when we purchased our home last summer. He listened to our wants and needs for our next house, and gave us a variety of different houses to look at. He also did a great job helping us with the negotiations to make it a very smooth process. Buying a home and moving can be a very stressful process but Ty made it a lot easier for our family!
