She gave us a good range of options within our budget (despite our budget being lower than many of her clients) and managed to get us an unscheduled viewing at a house near one of the others we were interested in and that's the home we ended up purchasing. During the bidding process another person outbid us initially, but the counter-offer Danni suggested we make was accepted. Her knowledge of the market and anticipating the needs/wants of the seller were instrumental in us getting the house for the price we did. I was connected with Mary through an inquiry on Zillow. At the time I wasn't really concerned with who my agent would be. Well, I really lucked out when I was scheduled to view a property with Mary. She's been attentive and diligent through the entire process. As a startup investor, some realtors are less interested in working with you. This was never the case with Mary. We quickly found a property to flip and another to hold as a rental in no time at all. Throughout the process I had many questions about the property and the deal. Mary usually knew the answer already but if not she quickly found any information needed. Do not hesitate to contact Mary for your real estate needs, you will be glad you did!

Heather became a friend and a trusted professional we could rely on during our home search. She was always responsive, had great advise and put up with our crazy family as we search for a house that fit all our needs. She was always honest about what she thought about a house, used her connections to get further information when it was needed and had the same enthusiasm and diligence at the end of the process as she did at the beginning. She went the extra mile to make sure the smallest of details were correct so that we were not in a legal bind or out money because of repairs that were contracted before we bought our home. We have already told Heather that we are contemplating buying land as an investment and will only be using her services. In another 4-5 years we will definitely being calling her to find us a smaller house once our teens fly the coop. Thank you Heather for all you do and for who you are.
