Keri is probably the most knowledgeable person in real estate there is! She knows about all aspects of buying, selling, negotiations, and all the crazy behind the scenes paperwork that goes into a transaction. She’s always available to answer questions and is super reliable. Keri has worked in this market through all kinds of changes and is so well informed about what is going on, I would always trust her advice. Working with Chance really couldn’t have been better. His knowledge of the Kalispell and surrounding area market was quite impressive. He was very responsive (usually within minutes) and did everything necessary to maximize our listing’s quality and visibility, resulting in several excellent offers. I would recommend Chance and would not hesitate to work with him again.

We had the pleasure of working with Wendy on 2 occasions, as both buyer and seller. She was exceptionally helpful when thoroughly describing each step of buying and selling process. She went above and beyond when she assisted us in our relocation to southern California. Wendy even went so far as to forward some important documents for us and sent us a sweet sweater from a local bakery as a Benicia keepsake. It was such a pleasure to work with Brenna. She understood my search including lifestyle goals. Her years of experience give her a calm presence which is a nice counterbalance to anyone in the frenzy of a house hunt. As a native to the valley, she knows every street with intimate detail. She's watched the valley grow and knows the details of individual developers. Brenna helped me understand the pros and cons of different areas, styles of houses, and amenities. In the end, she was an amazing sounding board as I thought through my own decisions leading up to, and ultimately, culminating in the purchase of a fantastic house. Buying a home is often a major life choice. Brenna, in addition to being personable and warm, is insightful and pragmatic. Brandy Hilton is one of the most professional people thata I have come in contact with over the years. Being in business myself, I realize the importance of working with a client and keeping in contact with each other on a timely and informative basis. Brandy excelled in this arena. Being from out of state, it is even more important to keep your client informed on a regular basis as to what is taking place in a business transaction. Brandy was on top of things from the beginning of our business relationship right up to the final steps.
