Service was great. Very responsive even on weekends. Only issue was the pictures were not satisfactory and did not highlight the property’s potential. Some of the property’s best attributes were not shown. Overall I am pleased and will use Jody again

Nancy Curtiss and her team at PureWest professionally guided us through a complicated out of state home purchase. When an issue would pop up, she insured us it would be fine and then went and fixed it. Whatever was needed, she got it done! There truly is no one like Maddy. When we first connected with her, we were anxious and overwhelmed. We were first-time homebuyers with no lender, no experience, and weren't even sure we'd qualify. We were searching from out of state while transitioning into new jobs, so every decision felt huge. From our very first conversation, Maddy made us feel like we could actually do this.
