I was with another agent until I found Jeff from Homes in Whitefish. The previous agent had my home on the market for weeks and no one seemed interested. I was so frusterated. Thankfully, when I switched to Jeff that all changed. He really understood what made the house unique and was able to effectively market it. He also made some great suggestions on small changes we could make to appeal to buyers. In the end, we ended up getting 20,000 over asking and we have Jeff to thank.
