Ty was amazing to work with when we purchased our home last summer. He listened to our wants and needs for our next house, and gave us a variety of different houses to look at. He also did a great job helping us with the negotiations to make it a very smooth process. Buying a home and moving can be a very stressful process but Ty made it a lot easier for our family!

My best friend, Tina is amazing and newly married! Her family adopted me & I love my 2nd family! Which is how I ended up helping her parents find a retirement home in Whitefish, Mt. I'd never be able to afford this place! 🍂 1st of it's so beautiful, quiet and peace... Peaceful. 🧘🏻 The people are friendly, and at Breakfast, after asking around, someone recommended Homes in Whitefish Realtors. I called and went over to their office, while they went out site seeing. I'm here to do the foot work..🚶🏻 My appointment went great, but actually seeing homes I was surprisingly nervous.lol . They couldn't have a 2nd story, and plenty of storage Tina's mom, she keeps everything. I had NO IDEA what I was getting into thank God for Jeff! He took the restrictions list I had and I WANTED EVERY HOME for them he chose. 😄 Needless to say they found a beautiful 1 story house cottage with lots of storage bye the Lake. Go to Homes in Whitefish Realtors. You won't get the BEST anywhere else.. 🌞

Dawn was absolutely awesome to work with! My wife and I started our process in no hurry and Dawn was patient, responsive, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. Our only disappointment was that she never coached us on "looking" at property in the Madison River Valley was similar to looking at puppies. You always leave with one! Seriously, Dawn was on point from start to finish and was a great coach throughout the process. She helped us find our dream retirement property and navigate all the pesky transaction details. We would highly recommend Dawn and hope we have the chance to work with her in the future!
