Shelly Ragland was excellent in helping us find a home in Kalispell, Montana! She continually connected us with the right people to complete the necessary components for this purchase (Title Co., Mold mitigation, Radon mitigation, Inspection, subcontractors, Builder, HOA rep, etc.). Her attention to detail, knowledge, and speed with which she negotiated helped us to beat out several other buyers competing for the same house. We were buying a house while living 400 miles away and Shelly took care of everything! We signed electronically, sometimes through email while traveling on the road in between…Shelly was so efficient and really looked out for our best interests. Can’t recommend her enough! Our transaction was a bit complicated and took almost a year to complete. Tim McGinnis was very patient and helpful getting our purchase of the property to a close. He was very knowledgeable regarding all phases of the sales process and the construction path we had to follow to get the sale complete. He was great to work with.
