I worked with Greg Schwager to find a piece of property to build a house on. Greg did a phenomenal job finding a perfect lot in the center of Kalispell, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls. It was difficult finding a lot that fit our budget because everything was getting bought up quickly. He did a great job helping us negotiate with the seller on the offer and we were able to close on the property quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Our house is now built and we are all settled in.

Katie is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to help us find a home that worked best for us.
