We have lived in Missoula for 4 years now. We were referred to Heather Bybee when we started looking for a house. We bought our house with Heather’s help. She made it easy. She was flexible, organized, gave great advise and fit in with the wackiness as we dragged our 3 older teenagers around to each home. We found the perfect home for our needs and have enjoyed it for 3 years. We decided not too long ago to move back to Mississippi. There was no one we considered to help us sell our home but Heather. We are in the unique position to have worked with Heather on both sides of this process; buying and selling. I trust her implicitly and knew with her attention to detail and wisdom we could rely on her and move through the process with ease. The house is sold and closed with 6 weeks. She is a joy to work with and we appreciate her kindness, can do attitude and friendship.

Maddy was awesome! She helped me when I was looking to purchase my first home out of state. She couldn't have been more helpful in this process! She was friendly, knowledgable, patient and quick to respond to any corrrespondence. She also guided me to other people I needed to connect with during this complex process too. From start to finish she had my back. When I wanted to look more closely at a place she would go and take video of it and the neighborhood to have a better idea of the layout and feel. This is how I purchased my home and couldn't be happier! I 100% recommend Maddy!

Sheila Larsen is a true professional every step of the way. We have been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years and have worked with several different agents, most of them very good, but Sheila takes the prize. Beginning with the market analysis, she prepared a thorough and impressive presentation. She held multiple open houses for both Realtors and the public and gave us detailed feedback after each one. When another agent contacted her to show it, she immediately notified us even though we had moved out, and then followed up with that agent the same day to let us know how it went. She sent us weekly reports on listings, sales, and properties under contract. She was always eager to answer questions or give advice and was prompt in returning her calls. Sheila cares deeply about her clients and it shows.
