This is the third home that we have purchased with David Oberlitner as our realtor. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Our recent dream home purchase would not have been possible if not for David’s advice and input. We consider David as a great friend as much as our realtor! Thank you, Ralph and Brooke Montaño Trout Creek, MT

Ty was extremely kind and helpful through my entire home buying process. He went above and beyond to make himself available to show me houses. He was never pushy and really cared to help me find a house that was a great fit! I highly recommend him!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better professional, friendly, tailored assistant when making a real estate decision involving a significant financial investment. Paul and his team are quickly able to understand what is important to the client. I became interested in purchasing and looking for a Sandpoint mountain lake home in 2012. And so far, Paul Reizen has done a fantastic job of surrounding himself with competent and experienced industry professionals who are familiar with the entire Sandpoint community. I can’t think of anyone better suited for the job. So, if you are looking for a valuable real estate resource, then contact Paul Reizen. You will quickly realize that you’ve made the right decision.
