We cannot say enough good things about Shannon and the experience we had working with her. Moving from Arizona to Montana was a huge transition, and Shannon was there to help us every step of the way. She maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process and always made sure we knew what was happening. Because we were searching from out of state, Shannon went above and beyond to make the process easier for us. She set up virtual showings, but she didn’t stop there. She would also send us additional pictures and videos of the property, the drive up to the house, the surrounding area, and the views so we could get a better sense of what it would actually be like to live there. That was incredibly helpful when we couldn’t physically be there and allowed us to get a much better feel for each property and its surroundings. She also took the time to really get to know us, our needs, and what we were looking for in our new home. Our search ended up being a long process, but Shannon stuck with us for months without ever making us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. She was patient, responsive, and consistently willing to help us explore different options. One thing we especially appreciated was how personable and professional Shannon was. She not only took great care of us, but also seemed to have excellent communication and relationships with the other agents and sellers involved. That made a noticeable difference in keeping things moving smoothly. Our purchase also came with a very unique and complicated situation, and Shannon worked closely with the seller and selling agent to help navigate everything and make the process as smooth as possible. We know it required a lot of extra work and coordination on her part, but she remained incredibly professional and did her best to keep the stress from spilling over onto us.
