I don't know how anyone could have been more precise and kept me informed to the minute than Janis Calton. We very briefly knew some of the same people in the past, so it was fun to have that common ground. Janis will be my first call on a possible impending real estate issue in my future. This could not have gone any smoother in my estimation, largely due to the work Janis put into the transaction.
