I truly believe I had the very best realtor in the state of Montana. As a first time home buyer and also trying to navigate things from overseas with a 16 hour time difference, Lacy never once made me feel that was inconvenient. She gracefully accommodated touring my parents to homes in person and me virtually. She made me feel so comfortable as I did my best to learn all the components of the home buying process. She was always one step ahead, anticipating my next question or need. She wore so many hats and had all the connections to help with a referral for every type of home improvement need. Lacy was extremely helpful with our home purchase in Montana. We are new to the area and she was so patient and kind as she walked us through all we needed to know. She helped us navigate everything from neighborhoods, utilities, HOAs, boating, restaurants and more.
