Working with Lindsay has been an absolute pleasure! Lindsay's integrity shines through in her work ethic, the way she treats those around her and her honesty with others as well as herself. She has the exceptional ability to stay calm while handling a high volume, high stress workload all while maintaining the highest level of both customer service and product standards. She is diligent about fulfilling all of her responsibilities and always does them very competently. Without realizing it, Lindsay influences her co-workers to also be conscientious of their performance and often alleviates their stress as well. When I am asked what the most important quality in an employee is, my answer is always “helpful”. I can’t think of anything more important to a team than people who want to help each other succeed and are willing to offer up themselves to do so.
