We worked with Dave Wells to find our first home and the process was seamless. Dave was excellent is listening to our wants, walking us through the process of buying a home, and explaining the process to us thoroughly. He was responsive in communication and truly made the daunting process of buying our first home a piece of cake! If we could give Dave a million stars we would because he was excellent and highly recommend him and his work!

Dave was amazing. We were buying a condo out of state sight unseen. He made sure he viewed locations and filmed them for us and involved our daughter who was graduating and would be the one living in the condo so he made sure it was the right fit for all of us! He always returned calls or emails with questions asap and I had full faith that he was making sure all the details were being handled.

Dave was wonderful to work with. He had such great communication and really put in time to ensure he knew exactly what I was looking for and really put me at ease when buying my first home. I was able to close on a home with many other offers and I truly believe he had everything to do with that by guiding me but never pushed me to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. He has a lot of heart behind his work.
