We worked with Dave Wells to find our first home and the process was seamless. Dave was excellent is listening to our wants, walking us through the process of buying a home, and explaining the process to us thoroughly. Dave was amazing. We were buying a condo out of state sight unseen. He made sure he viewed locations and filmed them for us and involved our daughter who was graduating and would be the one living in the condo so he made sure it was the right fit for all of us! He always returned calls or emails with questions asap and I had full faith that he was making sure all the details were being handled.
