Jackie was fantastic to work with - Incredibly knowledgeable of the local market and very helpful in setting a win-win price strategy for the three properties. Trust me, the listing prices I thought might be a bit too high; however, two of the three properties sold for list price and the third for 90% of list price AND all three closed in a period of just three weeks after listing! Jackie is such an amazing broker. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is so responsive and easy to get a hold of. Tawnya is incredible too. They both as a team just take care of their clients. Also the candor that they express is so helpful when it comes to choosing a home! 10’s! All 10’s
