John has helped me buy several investment properties. He's developed an intuition for the types of properties that appeal to my husband and me as investors, and has been instrumental in helping us to close deals with the best possible terms. He knows my husband and I are not shopping emotionally, so he works hard to negotiate the most financially advantageous purchase agreements. His hard bargaining has helped us to maximize the profits from our little fleet of rental properties. John found my husband and I the most perfect piece of property on Flathead Lake, a little piece of "heaven", that actually went over and beyond our wildest dreams or expectations! He was incredibly diligent and responsive, putting in many hours showing us potential lots. And then before our acreage was even listed, John heard about it through his wide network of contacts and knew he had found our dream property.
