Lloy has been more than helpful. It was definitely helpful that he knows everyone in the area. He was able to help me get bids for sidewalk repair which would have been difficult for me as I'm in New Jersey. Even after the sale was closed he offered to retrieve the Spectrum equipment so that I didn't have to pay for it. I would definitely recommend him. He went above and beyond and was totally on top of everything.

Lloy Griffing was out realtor and he was very good. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great advice. Lloy was also great about keeping us informed of what was going on with the listing. He was professional, and personable. If you are looking for a realtor, i highly recommend Lloy.

Lloy has become a friend and a mentor during this process. He is the best realtor I have ever met. Not only does he know all the ins and outs of buying and selling homes, he does it with great kindness and helps you in any way he can.
