We cannot emphasize how amazing working with Sydney truly was! She was always on top of the whole process from viewing to closing, we would go as far as saying she was on it 24/7. Any questions or concerns that we had were quickly answered and taken care of. Buying a home can be overwhelming and stressful, but Sydney made it smooth and comfortable. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home and want their needs met.

Sydney was a true partner through the sale of our townhome. She was honest about setting the price, created a detailed and authentic listing and kept us well informed through it all. We listed to the market and she did a great job of keeping us informed about showings. Even after we had an offer, Sydney didn't stop. She worked to secure an back-up offer which we ended up needing after the first offer fell through. In the end, we got a price that exceeded our expectations. Through the process, she answered all of our questions, was very responsive and kept us informed. She made what could have been a very stressful process, easy. All through a pandemic.

Tyler was always there when we had a question to ask or a house to view. He knows this town well -took us to so many different houses to look at and finally we found one we purchased through him. He’s prompt, he’s professional, he’s on time, he’s a man of his word, and he did unending amount of negotiations and dealings we had to do after the purchase of our house.
