Ben is very easy to work with. He listened to our desires in a home and made sure to not waste either of our time with homes that did not fit. We felt well represented throughout the entire process from the first showing to being with us at the time of our closing. When we have more real estate needs we will definitely call Ben! We chose Ben over 4 other realtors that we interviewed because we felt he fit what our property had to offer. The property is rural, on a rough dirt road, 25 miles from town. We felt the property would take a special buyer. That setting would only have an interest to a person who liked the outdoors and all that the setting had to offer. Ben is young , enthusiastic, drives a pick up, is a hunter and a long time Montanan. Indeed we picked the right person. He also marketed the property in a unique way: First using a professional photographer to take many photos, including aerial shots. He "lured" other realtors to the site with a party, open house and lottery drawing. Good job, Ben. THANKS. G/CJ
