I couldn't be happier that I chose to go through Erin Cooper for the purchase of my new home. She was supportive and available promptly throughout the entire process. She assisted and organized meeting with contractors for the repairs/estimates that were needed in order for me to feel confident in the purchase of my home. She worked with me, the Sellers agent, the mortgage broker and the title company for the smoothest process I could imagine to get the loan closed.
