Nate is a married father of five and a fourth-generation rancher whose family has owned and operated ranches in Park County, Wyoming, for generations. His great-grandfather was the first and third sheriff of Park County and a personal friend of Buffalo Bill Cody, giving Nate deep roots in Wyoming’s ranching history.
Today, Nate owns, leases, and manages more than 850 acres in the Clark, Wyoming area. He also brings over 20 years of experience working for and managing large ranching operations throughout Montana and Wyoming. In addition to his farming and ranching background, Nate has extensive experience in residential and ranch construction.
Nate has served as a volunteer firefighter with the Clark Volunteer Fire Department since 1997 and has been honored to serve as the department’s chief since 2009. His commitment to service, land stewardship, and rural communities naturally led him into real estate in late 2019.
Nate now holds an Associate Broker license in Wyoming and a Montana Broker license, allowing him to serve clients with real estate needs for farm, ranch, residential, commercial, and vacant land. His version of “AI” is “Actual Intelligence,” backed by the honesty, integrity, and work ethic instilled in him over a lifetime on the ranch.
