Matthew Weger

"My name is Matt Weger, and I'm proud to be married to my best friend and a girl dad to two special monsters who keep me motivated every day. Family and legacy are at the heart of everything I do, and I want to make sure everyone I work with finds their Montana dream while honoring the history and character of each property. 

I was fortunate enough to grow up with a 150-year-old family ranch of unimproved hunting and recreational land. I was raised tending to the property, maintaining the roads, and plotting my favorite hunting spots. Those experiences gave me firsthand knowledge of what it takes to successfully manage land, along with the ability to honestly communicate both the pros and cons of investing in a property. 

I grew up in Sonoma County, California, where you'd find me playing sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I attended Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas, on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Accounting. After college, I worked in the Finance Department for the City of Santa Rosa. 

Although I was born and raised in Northern California, my soul was made for Montana. There is no better place to put down roots than here in the Flathead Valley. From hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking to hunting, ice fishing, and skiing—there's something for every season and every outdoor lover. 

I bring a strong work ethic and an analytical, problem-solving mindset, but I also value getting to know my clients beyond just a transaction.
