Karen Feldman has consistently been ranked as a top real estate agent during her career. With 30 years of experience in every type of market, she attributes her success to her detail-minded nature. Karen goes above and beyond behind the scenes in order to make sure that each transaction goes smoothly. She believes that in order for Buyers and Sellers to emerge with the best outcome, properties must be accurately represented and questions need to be answered and absolute. The real estate process can become overwhelming quickly, but with Karen’s experience and knowledge, the process can become effortless, quick, and enjoyable. Karen’s expertise in the various markets helps her to provide clients with the guidance they desire and trust. She is currently serving on the North Shore Board of Realtors; Finance committee and the Board of Directors. Karen attended Loyola University, DePaul University, and has done research at the University of Chicago. Her dedication to her studies in Research and Psychology has awarded her with many honors throughout the years. Karen’s previous experience working on the trading floor of CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) and CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) has assisted her in the act of price discovery, and how markets and variables interplay. Her detail-oriented mindset, as well as the ability to shoulder huge responsibilities at the same time, speaks to her character and personality.
