Josh Perkins is a dedicated Broker with PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate, proudly serving clients across Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley, and the Deer Lodge Valley. He began his real estate career in 2014, after six years of teaching high school agriculture, an experience that sharpened his communication skills and deepened his commitment to helping others succeed.

Raised on his family’s cattle ranch in Deer Lodge, Josh brings a genuine agricultural background to his work, along with firsthand knowledge of land, lifestyle properties, and the communities he serves. He is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, where he earned his degree in Agricultural Education.

Josh and his family make their home in Stevensville. When they’re not working, you’ll likely find them in the mountains snowmobiling or skiing, out on the lake with their boat, or traveling and exploring new places together.

With experience spanning agriculture, construction, sales, and investment properties, Josh offers clients a well-rounded perspective. He and his husband also own and operate an event venue, several long-term & vacation rental properties, giving him valuable insight into the investment side of the market.
