Jeffrey Hanson

Jeff grew up in Helena, Montana, after moving there in second grade.  He found a special place in the mountains and loves to get out and explore.  After graduating from high school, he attended the University of North Dakota, where he graduated in only three and a half years.  He spent the following year in Fargo, ND, when a tornado lifted the roof off his apartment, and he returned home to Montana.  He has a passion for business and has helped many new businesses get established and even started his own.  Jeff loves to teach and coach.  In college ,he played soccer, coached gymnastics, and taught swimming.  He started teaching snowboarding in 1999 and continues to do so.

Business and Marketing have always been a big interest of Jeff's.  Real Estate found its appeal to him due to this.  During the early 2000s, he helped start a virtual tour business, hosting websites for agents and photographing properties.  Virtual tours were also produced to display properties in a relatively new way.  He worked with many agents from all over the state and learned a lot from them.  Developing plans to market properties is something Jeff really enjoys.  He knows that plans on the sales of homes can vary greatly depending on the seller's goals.  There are different strategies to maximize the return on a property, and finding what will work the best to meet a seller's goals is a passion of his.
