Jim Schueler, a Montana Broker since 1977, is the co-founder of Stock Farm, LLC; a 2,600-acre gated community in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana which includes 95 residential lots, 30 cabin lots and approximately 1,600 acres of common area, and The Stock Farm Club, a private 350-member Tom Fazio course that opened in 1999. Jim's extensive knowledge in ranch and land transactions and real estate development is priceless and respected by both buyers and sellers alike. He has developed numerous projects in the Bitterroot Valley ranging from 20-acre tracts to a 125-lot subdivision. Jim was the previous owner of Rocky Mountain Log Homes, one of the nation’s largest, most successful log home companies, with nationwide and international sales. Founded in 1974, the company designs develops, and sells multi-million-dollar log structures and has received over 250 national design/marketing awards. Pioneer Log Homes, the fastest-growing handcrafted log home builder in the United States, was also co-founded by Jim in 1989.
