Devin Khoury is a native of Missoula, specializing in commercial and residential real estate in Western Montana. With strong local ties, Devin brings together local businesses and his clients to provide every buyer and seller with a fast, simple, professional experience. His goal for every client is to provide exceptional service. Thorough firsthand knowledge of the local market makes Devin a great resource for one of life's biggest decisions. Educated at the University of Washington and a Presidential Scholar recipient for the University of Montana (2003), Devin majored in Business Management and Pre-Medical studies. Realizing Missoula was where he wanted to be, he returned home to finish his studies at UM. Since then, Devin has built, managed, and personally invested in many income properties over various asset classes. This firsthand experience has allowed him immeasurable insight when guiding his clients. Further expanding his real estate expertise, Devin has acquired several hotels around Montana and continues to own and operate them along with storage unit facilities. By doing so, clients can rest assured that he is "walking the walk" and has been in their shoes when navigating these large and complex purchases. Previously, Devin had operated part of his family construction company for many years, but for the past 20 years, he has turned his full attention to real estate and investment properties. Devin has been an owner of PureWest Christie's International Real Estate since 2016. Consistently recognized as one of Montana's most productive real estate companies, PureWest has over 240 agents in 19 offices throughout the state and annual sales of over $2 Billion. He has earned his Broker certification, GRI designation, certified in 1031 Exchange, Luxury Specialist designation, Christie's International Masters Circle, and Short Sale certification, and is currently working on his CCIM certification. Devin and his wife, Mika, are dedicated to supporting and promoting local charity organizations that benefit the community and area children. They are both active in helping the Montana Down Syndrome Association (MT DSA), Youth For Christ, and Opportunity Resources, Inc. of Missoula. Devin and Mika also currently assist with lower-income housing options and have held positions on the American Heart Association board of directors, served as President/Chairman for other local and regional community foundations, and donated a portion of every sale to charity. Additionally, they have family ties to Watson Children's Shelter of Missoula. In 2020, Devin and Mika welcomed their son, Duke, to the family. An avid outdoorsman, Devin enjoys hunting and fishing in Western Montana with friends and family, as well as skiing and snowboarding. Athletics have also consumed much of Devin's life, competing and finishing the Coeur d'Alene IronMan Triathlon and playing soccer with the Washington Huskies and Seattle Sounders Select before returning to Missoula. A State Champion in Montana AA Boys' Basketball, Devin's alma mater, Missoula Big Sky High, still holds a special place with him, and he was fortunate enough to don the Globetrotter's iconic uniform in an exhibition game for the team. In 2013, Devin won a Montana handball state championship and still enjoys trail running and golfing throughout Western Montana.
