Christy Seely shepherded the process of our purchasing residential land in Bozeman, Montana, recently. As our real estate agent, Christy worked with us cross country by phone and email, as well as coordinating with the bank, the title company, and County government locally. Christy made us a team, which accomplished the purchase in a timely and efficient way. Christy brought important aspects of the purchase to our attention, such as transferring the Notice of Intent to Appropriate Groundwater, so that we can drill a well in the future. Christy also provided a lengthy list of questions of due diligence to have answered for our own information and protection. We feel she had very strong market knowledge, and she provided great insight into what specific areas we should focus on. Christy Delger made the sale of my house in Bridger Canyon, Bozeman MT. a good experience.She is an upbeat and "can do" kind of lady. I never felt pressured or out-of-the loop. As I have indicated by giving her the highest number of stars, she is knowledgeable, she is an expert of all the previous and ongoing sales in the Canyon, she responded immediately to txts etc. and as the house was sold at asking price she I can attest to the fact that she is a skillful negotiator. However, I especially sing the praises of Christy because she listened to me,she took into account all my requests and concerns, she always gave me quick updates and her requests to me from the buyer were reasonable and to the point. So,working with Christy was an all around positive experience.

The team of Christy and Craig Delger was there for us every step of the way in our process of down-sizing. Selling our home of 25 years and finding and purchasing a smaller one was very stressful. The Delgers began the process with amazing photos of our property. The home sold within the first 3 days. Then they helped us find a new property within a short period of time. Whenever there was a problem in this selling/buying process, they were there to make sure things went in the right direction. We definitely recommend them.
