Welcome to Wild Bill Reserve, an extraordinary 350-acre private Montana retreat nestled in the heart of Kila. Surrounded by spruce, pine, and larch, this expansive property offers exceptional privacy, year-round access, multiple potential building sites, and breathtaking views of Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, the Flathead Valley, and surrounding Kila landscape. Adjoining National Forest land to the south, with the Wild Bill Trailhead nearby, the property offers incredible recreational opportunities right out your back door. Elk, deer, bear, eagles, and other wildlife frequent the land, creating an ideal setting for a private residence, recreational getaway, hunting retreat, or legacy property. The current Owner has thoughtfully improved the property with nearly one mile of private road winding to the top of the mountain, where a large, level building site has been cleared to maximize the panoramic views. Essential infrastructure is already in place, including on-site power, a brand-new well, and a gated entry for added privacy and convenience. Despite its secluded setting, Wild Bill Reserve is only approximately 25 minutes from Kalispell, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, schools and everyday amenities while preserving the peace and solitude of Montana living. An optional 2024 Grand Design Momentum RV (Model 414M) with toy hauler capabilities and solar panels is also available at an additional cost. Whether envisioned as a private estate, recreational playground, hunting haven, or long-term investment, Wild Bill Reserve offers a rare combination of acreage, infrastructure, recreation, wildlife, privacy, and unforgettable Montana views.
