Lot 11 Moose Creek VillaHelena, MT 59620Price: $115,000

Don't miss this rare opportunity to own a cabin on leased Forest Service land in the Helena National Forest. Enjoy cooking on the cast iron cook stove or over the open fire, at a cabin that has a refrigerator and can be hooked up for running water in the kitchen sink. There is a wood shed that serves the cabin, a natural spring, an outhouse, and a well house with an outdoor shower. Morning coffee never tasted as good as when you're overlooking blue Montana skies, wooded mountains, and a grove of aspen trees while sitting on your porch just a few miles past the turn off at Rimini Road. The cabin is just a 20 minute drive west of Helena, Montana; far enough to enjoy the quiet beauty of being in nature but close enough to enjoy the availability of the amenities of Montana's capital city. Acquiring a Forest Service Special Use Permit for the land is required of ownership. The seller will revoke their Special Use Permit as a part of the sale.
