4047 Little Wolf Creek RoadWolf Creek, MT 59648Price: $149,000

11.7 acres where the canyon gets quiet and the country opens up. Little Wolf Creek Road carries you into Big Belt timber, and this tract is already waiting on you: a loop road cut in, a building pad cleared, and state land at your back. This is the kind of ground elk move through at first light. Deer bed in the draws, while the bears work the ridges. Just down the road, more than 6,000 acres of prime state land give a hunter room to roam without leaving the neighborhood. A seasonal spring is located on the property giving you a big bonus while Little Wolf Creek is within walking distance close enough to hear the country breathe. The Missouri River and Holter Lake are a short drive when the day calls for trout, walleye, or a boat on the water. Build the cabin, the camp, or the off-grid place just the way you picture it. If you have been looking for a piece of Montana that still feels like Montana, walk this one before someone else does.
