PureWest Montana’s 3rd Quarter Market Statistics

PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate released its market statistic reports for the 3rd Quarter of 2016. Based on the results, PureWest continues to offer desirable homes for buyers who want to live in amazing communities. Overall our 3rd Quarter Sales Report shows that PureWest has kept pace with the growth in these area.

You can view separate reports from all three of our Montana offices: Northwest Montana, Missoula/Bitterroot, and Southwest Montana. Each report provides market statistics for the different regions in each Montana office. All regions include both residential and land sales.

Residential sales reports does not include timeshare, to-be-built, and fractional sales, while land reports do not include fractional interest. Inside each region the market statistics include the number of sales in 2015 versus 2016, the 2015 median price versus the 2016 median sale price, the 2015 total volume versus the 2016 total volume, and the average days each property is on the market.

The two popular lakes, Flathead Lake and Whitefish Lake, make up the included navigable waters report, which are lake properties that are build able, navigable, do not have shared waterfront, and do not have a highway splitting the home and the water frontage.
